  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this property, pool heat is $115/night and is only available for the full duration of your stay. At least 5 days' notice from check-in is required to add this amenity.
  • Air mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: 1 complimentary set provided. Additional equipment may be available through GoodNight Stay's baby equipment rental partner.

Parking Information

  • Secure parking is provided with a 2-car garage, a corresponding 2-car driveway, and additional street parking.
